I have been issued a summon under section 70 for demand a copy of agreement entered with our corporate clients and hotel room tariff rate which are published in our website since April 2019. Am i required to keep record of these documents as per Section 35 read with Rule 56. Is there any circular or instruction or guideline which requires that we are bound to submit these documents which are requested in summon.
